A powerful 2-hour session designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom through somatic practices, deep inquiry, and breathwork.
We begin with an intake to explore your personal needs and goals, followed by the introduction of a transformative breathwork technique. A ceremonial cup of pure cacao sets a mindful and relaxing tone for the session.

Together, we dive into themes tailored to your specific wishes, using a unique combination of coaching, breathwork, bodywork, and energy work to support your personal transformation. Guided connected breathwork allows access to the subconscious, helps release unresolved emotions and stress, and promotes deep relaxation and self-healing. To close, we take time to integrate the experience and ground ourselves.
